Martina was born in Naples, Italy, where she got her hospitable heritage and love for pizza!
She moved to the U.S. and started her journey working in luxury hotels in Miami Beach, Florida. After moving to California to continue her education, Martina worked for the City of Malibu planning community events while studying full-time.
Because of her incredible work ethic and passion for events, she realized a childhood dream working for the department of Meetings & Events and Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California.
Martina is trilingual and a first-generation college graduate with a bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly Pomona in Hospitality Management. After gaining years of experience in the corporate world, the luxury private sector, and the destination wedding market, Martina realized that her dream was to start her own brand and company with Storia Mia Events, LLC.
